The 28 days trauma for challenging star DARSHAN has come to an end. The single bench vacation judge BS Pinto has granted condition bail for the actor. Rs.25000 bond and no tampering of records have been ordered.
But on 13th of October the meeting of Darshan and his wife Vijayalakshmi will be held for a further strengthening the relationship. On that day Darshan will be asked to give a letter that would explain he would not repeat it again. If such things repeat his bail would be cancelled.
Darshan will come out from Parappana Agrahara prison by evening 5 pm and move to his house. He will be addressing his fans and apologize for what had happened. He will also thank those who supported him on this occasion says Darshan younger brother Dinakar.
The Public Prosecutor SS Chandramouli in his statement outside the court said Darshan has been granted bail because he holds a top public status. For the first time in the criminal case a letter of bond will be procured in this case.
Darshan wife Smt Vijayalakshmi was happy for the development. I am happy and would live together and such occasions would not come up in life she stated. I have excused my husband long ago. This type of repetition will not happen again states Vijayalakshmi.
Darshan was arrested on 9th of September. He spent two weeks in the hospital and two weeks in Parappana Agrahara prison. He was denied bail by the magistrate and sessions court for assault on his life.
